We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Geneva implementation, migration, and optimization initiatives across investment management and fund administration platforms.

The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of Geneva accounting and investment operations solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess detail-oriented qualified to support the migration and transformation of credit portfolio data from Oasis and other legacy investment platforms into SS&C; Advent Geneva.

The role involves data extraction, source-to-target mapping, credit instrument configuration, reconciliation, and validation of complex investment products using SQL.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user and business requirements, ensuring that modifications to existing systems align with strategic objectives.




- Document business and functional requirements using tools such as process models and data models.
- Apply methodologies for gathering requirements to enhance accuracy in development and testing phases.
- Conduct unit and integration testing prior to production releases to identify and resolve Geneva system issues.
- Support migration from internal accounting platform Oasis to Geneva
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract investment data from Oasis and other legacy systems.
- Analyze and validate security master data, transaction history, positions, cash balances, and reference data.

Support data profiling, cleansing, and quality assurance activities during migration projects
