Role Description The Doctor will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients undergoing non-surgical spinal decompression treatment at the ANSSI Wellness Center in Nashik. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves conducting patient consultations, performing clinical assessments, reviewing diagnostic reports, and developing individualized treatment plans. The Doctor will monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols as needed, and ensure adherence to ANSSI’s clinical guidelines and safety standards.

Responsibilities also include educating patients and families about spinal health, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team,



and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MBBS) with valid medical registration; specialization in orthopedics, neurology, physical medicine, rehabilitation, or related fields is an advantage.
- Clinical expertise in musculoskeletal or spinal disorders, including patient examination, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Experience or strong interest in non-surgical, conservative treatment modalities such as spinal decompression, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation.
- Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in clear, accessible language.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and respect for diverse patients.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed clinical documentation and using electronic medical record systems.
- Willingness to adhere to ANSSI protocols, participate in ongoing training, and stay updated on advancements in spinal care.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced clinical environment; prior experience in a wellness center, hospital, or clinic is a plus.
