- Job Title: Security Delivery Lead

- Role: Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.
- Must have skills: Security Solution Development
- Experience Required: Minimum of 18 years.
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Offering development, technical build oversight, sales and deployment of security solutions.
- Managed security services solutioning and delivery.
- Accountability for sales, solutioning, and delivery support of engagements/projects for global clients.
- Collaboration with Leads across practices to increase the uptake of offerings.
- Development and execution of plans to grow the practice.
- Representation in internal and external brand development activities.
- Team and development management.

- Professional and Technical Skills:

- 16 -25 years of industry experience,



predominantly in Cybersecurity, Automation, Client facing solutioning and sales, deployment experience.
- Executive presence and articulation - to engage with global CISO/client & internal stakeholders.
- Good communication and articulation on Security topics, with security and non-security stakeholders.
- Proven experience and career record of managing a practice.
- Valuable understanding of modern technology/Automation/platform architecture.
- Depth in one or more areas from below: Cybersecurity Enterprise services and observability, IAM, Cloud security, Attack Surface Management.
- Certifications: Industry leading certifications- CISSP, CISM, CRISC (Optional).
