5–8 years of HR Generalist experience
Experience handling 100–300 employees independently
Solid knowledge of:
Payroll coordination
PF, ESI, PT, LWF compliance
Attendance & leave management
Employee engagement
Grievance handling
Labour law compliance
Vendor and contractor workforce management
Comfortable working in a quick-paced operations workplace

Key Responsibilities
Drive onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.




Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliances.
Ensure PF, ESI, labour law, and contractor compliance.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Support performance management and annual appraisal processes.
Generate HR MIS and management reports.
Partner with operations leadership to address manpower requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and operational roles.
