We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives responsible for onboarding merchants onto a rapidly growing hyperlocal commerce platform. The role requires strong leadership, field execution, and target achievement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and motivate the Business Development team.
Plan daily field activities and allocate territories.
Acquire and onboard recent merchants to the platform.
Support executives during client meetings and negotiations.
Monitor team productivity and achievement of sales targets.
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Submit daily MIS, activity reports and performance updates.
Coordinate with management to improve merchant acquisition and onboarding quality.
