Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Answer
and manage all incoming calls on the company office number.
Direct
calls to the appropriate departments and take accurate messages when
required.
Provide
information to customers and clients in a professional manner.
Maintain
call records and ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
Support
basic administrative or sales coordination tasks when needed.
Greet
and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the
company.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil preferred.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or front office roles.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Friendly, organized, and confident while interacting with clients.
