nKey Responsibilities:
nProject Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and scopen
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and execution plansn
Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure alignment with project targetsn
Identify execution risks and implement corrective and preventive actionsn

nCoordination & Stakeholder Management

Act as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teamsn
Coordinate effectively with design, procurement,



and site execution teamsn
Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussionsn
Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholdersn

nResource & Team Management

Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectivelyn
Lead and guide site teams, engineers, and contractorsn
Monitor team productivity and ensure effective utilizationn
Mentor junior engineers and build a performance-driven team workplacen

nProject Monitoring & Control

Track planned vs actual progress and highlight deviationsn
Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and client updatesn
