Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Visual Transformation Consultant to drive and support visual-digital transformation initiatives across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have strong consulting, stakeholder management, business analysis, and digital transformation experience, with exposure to financial services and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing business cases for new visual-digital transformation projects.
- Work closely with business users to define digital transformation strategies, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Collaborate with diverse business and technology teams to design and establish suitable visual transformation solutions and experiences.
- Analyze and design key user journeys to improve digital experiences.
- Support solution implementation and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital/visual solutions.
- Ensure policies and processes are developed, maintained, and implemented in compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Influence and negotiate with business stakeholders to drive transformation objectives.
- Provide consulting support and contribute to continuous improvement of digital platforms and user experiences.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Hands-on experience in digital/visual transformation initiatives and user journey design.
- Strong understanding of financial services, preferably Fintech, Asset Management, Equity Trading, Issuer Communication, or Fixed Income.
- Exposure to visual technology environments such as Angular, Vue.js, .NET Core, and HTML.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage negotiations effectively.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
