SK International is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to take partial ownership of our marketing function. This is not an entry-level role - we need someone who can work independently, think strategically, and execute across email marketing, market research, and content with minimal oversight. You will work directly with and report to our Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

· Market Research & Strategy: Research competitors and industry trends; translate findings into actionable strategy and maintain the content calendar.

· Social Media: Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube; monitor analytics and adjust accordingly.

· Blog & Content Writing: Write SEO-informed blog posts and supporting copy for email and social on a consistent schedule.

· Graphic Design: Create on-brand visuals for email, social, and digital campaigns using Canva or similar tools.

· Email Marketing: Plan, write, and deploy campaigns; manage list segmentation and track performance.

Qualifications

Strategy & Communications

· Basic understanding of marketing and communications strategy — able to connect design, copy, and messaging into a consistent voice.

· Comfortable with market research and translating insights into content strategy.

Execution





· 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience; able to own campaigns independently.

· Strong copywriting skills across blog, email, and social formats

· Proven experience with email marketing platforms (platform management, segmentation, analytics).

Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· Excellent English proficiency, with polished, error-free written and verbal communication.

· Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools, plus working knowledge of core digital marketing tools (email platforms, social schedulers, basic analytics dashboards) and SEO principles.

· Hands-on comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and the ability to write effective prompts to speed up research, content drafts, and design ideation.

· Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar). – nice to have

· A genuine keenness to learn, with the agility to quickly pick up current tools, platforms, and workflows as priorities evolve.

Preferred

· Background in B2B marketing, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.

· Experience developing and maintaining a content calendar over time.
