About the Role

Pinnacle Group is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and branding activities of all websites, platforms, and business ventures under the group. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and online advertising, with the ability to learn new tools and strategies independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across all websites and platforms under Pinnacle Group.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging graphics, promotional creatives, videos, and marketing materials using Canva, Generative AI tools, and similar design platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, content improvements, and performance monitoring.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and client communications.
- Send qualified emails to NRI clients, business associates, and collaboration partners for business discussions and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings with clients and collaborators.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Research and learn new digital marketing tools, AI technologies,



and industry trends independently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while handling assigned tasks independently.

Eligibility

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing are welcome.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: Half Day

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month

(Based on skills, experience, and performance)
