About the Program

At Internmo, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring Digital Marketers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a student, a boot-camp graduate, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to work on real marketing campaigns, create engaging content, analyze marketing performance, and learn by doing alongside our team.

What You’ll Do

- Social Media Marketing: Plan and create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Content Marketing: Develop social media posts, blogs, promotional content, and other marketing materials aligned with campaign objectives.
- SEO & Website Growth: Learn and implement basic SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategies to improve online visibility.
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across different platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance using analytics tools and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead Generation: Explore strategies for generating and nurturing leads through social media, content, email, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate on Marketing Projects:



Work with team members, contribute ideas, receive feedback, and participate in real-world marketing projects.

Who You Are
- Passionate about Digital Marketing and eager to learn (no specific marketing or technical degree required).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Interested in content creation, social media, SEO, advertising, and online marketing.
- Bonus Points: If you have hands-on experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, WordPress, email marketing, or social media management.
- Creative, curious, analytical, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
