Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist drives awareness and top-of-funnel registration for Fedstack cohorts: building the campaigns and content that keep the candidate pipeline full each cycle. This is a full-funnel marketing role: you'll plan campaign calendars around cohort launch dates, write and test messaging aimed at early-career engineers, and report back on what's actually converting into registrations and information session attendance. You'll work directly with the recruiting team to understand where the pipeline is thin and adjust targeting accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (email, social, paid) to drive registrations for each Fedstack cohort
- Create content (social posts, one-pagers,
email sequences) tailored to prospective candidates
- Track campaign performance against registration and information-session attendance targets, adjusting spend and messaging accordingly
- Support employer-facing marketing materials used in Fedstack info sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally in recruiting, higher ed, or B2C lead generation
- Experience running email and social campaigns and reading basic performance analytics
- Strong writing skills for candidate-facing content
- Comfortable working against registration/pipeline targets on a cohort timeline
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to early-career or student audiences
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS-adjacent tools or marketing automation platforms
- Exposure to federal or government-adjacent hiring programs
