We’re looking for a performance-focused digital marketer who loves numbers, experiments, and turning marketing budgets into measurable business results.

What You

’ll Do

- Plan,

execute & optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns• Manage budgets and improve CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR & ROAS• Test au diences, creatives, copies and landing pages• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities• Work cl osely with creative, sales & business teams to improve lead quality and conversions• Track t he complete funnel from Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Conversion• Run A/B tests and experiment with new growth opportunities• Prepare performance reports and derive actionable insights

What We’

re Looking For





✅ 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing

✅ Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

✅ Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics

✅ Analytical and numbers-driven mindset

✅ Real Estate or E-commerce experience preferred

✅ Someone who takes ownership and enjoys experimenting

✅ Solid curiosity to learn, test, optimize and scale

- GA4 /

Google Analytics• Google

Tag Manager• Meta Pi xel / Conversion API• CRM & l ead funnel experience• Landing page optimization• WhatsAp p / marketing automation experience
