Role Description

We are looking for a Vocational Digital Skills Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on digital skills training to school students as part of our school-based vocational training programme.

The trainer will

- Deliver structured, activity-based training in Graphic Design.
- Conduct practical sessions using relevant design tools.
- Prepare lesson plans, exercises and assignments.




- Guide students through projects and a capstone project/portfolio.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Maintain attendance and student progress records.
- Coordinate with the school and programme team for effective implementation.

Programme period: September 2026 – January 2027

Location: Bhopal / Hyderabad

- Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Applications or a related field.
- 2–4 years of practical experience in graphic design/digital media.
- Prior teaching/training experience, particularly with school students, preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition and visual communication.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students through practical learning.
- Portfolio demonstrating practical design work preferred.
