Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing content, monitoring social media platforms, assisting with campaign optimization, and performing basic web and campaign performance analysis. The intern will help manage online brand presence, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for the marketing team.





Collaboration with mentors and team members to test new ideas, learn tools, and refine digital strategies is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing for content creation, engagement, and campaign support.
- Candidates should possess basic Web Analytics skills to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for clear writing, collaboration, and stakeholder updates.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with SEO/SEM, content creation tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work effectively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru South.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
