The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.

Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic digital marketing activities.

Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress.

Create and update landing pages, website content, forms, banners, and other website elements.

Manage social media platforms and coordinate content planning and posting.

Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

Track and analyze campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

Prepare regular digital marketing and campaign performance reports.





Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead follow-up and conversion.

Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for better results.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate industry.

Robust practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Good hands-on knowledge of WordPress website management.

Experience in creating and managing landing pages and website content.

Strong understanding of Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.

Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking will be an advantage.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic/content creation is an added advantage.
