About the Role The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements, create content, and manage brand storytelling across digital platforms to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience, be comfortable working independently in a solo marketing role reporting directly to leadership, and be able to manage the company's full social media and content presence end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
- Monitor and manage company presence on social media,
including coordinating with and briefing a third-party social media agency to align content with brand and business needs
- Plan and manage on-site content shoots — building shoot briefs, concept decks, shot lists, and coordinating with photographers/agencies and internal stakeholders
- Write and manage LinkedIn posts/blogs and other long-form brand content
- Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
- Support brand presence at industry exhibitions and events (e.g., trade shows), including partner/vendor outreach and event content planning
- Liaise with leadership to translate business priorities and product launches into content and campaign plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with B2C social media strategy and content generation
- Solid creative and analytical skills
- Comfortable owning a marketing function independently, with strong project coordination skills across internal teams and external agencies/vendors
