Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Digital Designer with around 3 years of experience to join our marketing team at Life by Follis. This is a performance-focused role combining digital content production with hands-on campaign management across e-commerce and paid media channels.

The role involves creating and adapting visual content, managing campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and adapt visual content for performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Develop banners, ads, and assets optimized for conversion and engagement.
- Produce and manage content for social media with a focus on growth and engagement.
- Update and manage website content via WordPress and WooCommerce, with a focus on user experience and conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.




- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express).
- Proven knowledge with WordPress, WooCommerce and Meta platforms.
- Ability to work both creatively and analytically in a data-driven environment.
