We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Social Media & YouTube Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence and to launch and grow a brand-current YouTube channel from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership over a channel's growth not just posting content, but building an audience.

What You'll Do

1. Plan, create, and publish posts across our social media platforms on a regular schedule
2. Actively monitor and reply to comments and DMs, and drive engagement on every post
3. Run and manage paid boosts/promotions on posts within an approved budget
4. Set up and fully brand a new YouTube channel banner, description, playlists, SEO basics
5. Upload, title, tag, and thumbnail videos on a consistent schedule
6. Promote videos across platforms and run YouTube boosts to grow subscribers and views
7. Track performance (engagement, reach, watch time, subscriber growth) and share monthly reports

Suggest content ideas and stay on top of platform trends

What we're looking for

1. Prior experience managing social media accounts and/or a YouTube channel (personal or professional)
2. Comfortable with basic content creation, scheduling tools, and running social/YouTube ad boosts
3. Strong writing skills for captions, titles, and descriptions
4. Self-starter who can work independently and stay consistent with a posting schedule

Bonus: basic photo/video editing skills

Compensation

Starting pay is negotiable with increases in subsequent months based on tasks executed, consistency, and results delivered (engagement growth, video output, boost ROI).
