Role Description: The Digital Content Creator will develop, produce and publish engaging content across digital platforms, including websites, social media channels and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating written and visual assets, optimizing content for target audiences, collaborating with designers and marketers and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, refining content based on data and feedback, and staying updated on digital and social media trends relevant to Indiminds’ products and services.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams to support both software products and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in digital content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design and multimedia content (images, short videos, reels).
- Experience with social media management and campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.




- Ability to plan and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword usage, and optimizing content for search and engagement.
- Comfort using content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools).
- Strong research skills to understand product features, financial and tech concepts, and audience needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in office in Kolkata, collaborate effectively with technical and marketing teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in fintech, software, or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
