Digital Advertising Specialist

:

The Digital Advertising Specialist will execute multi-channel advertising campaigns for our auto dealer customers.

The Digital Advertising

Specialist will be responsible for delivering against established performance goals and ensuring timely responses to requests and communications in alignment with defined SLAs.

The Digital Advertising

Specialist utilizes advertising expertise in Search Engine Marketing, Display, Social, and Video Advertising services, as well as Account Management, to drive desired client campaign performance. The Specialist will work closely with Digital Advertising Consultants to support client strategy, provide campaign insights, and ensure seamless communication between the client and internal teams.

Essential Functions:

Monitor and analyze paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook and other social platforms and make regular proactive changes to improve account performance.

Respond to requests and communications in a timely manner, based on SLAs set by the company

Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will improve account’s ability to achieve desired outcomes.

Gather, analyze and organize complex information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present explicit recommendations to DA Consultants.

Create custom presentations to maintain post-sales activities with a goal to increase account revenues (campaign reports, up-sell, and cross sell opportunities)





Execute and present results of key initiatives

Identify opportunities to enhance a client's advertising portfolio

Ensure that accounts meet client defined budget and metric goals

Optimize accounts on a regular basis based on best practices outlined by the company

Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics to improve account performance

Required Skills/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

1+ year customer service experience

1+ year experience managing digital campaigns

Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines

Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Google Analytics Certification

Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certifications

Knowledge of programmatic platforms

Knowledge of Google Analytics or other bid optimization tools

Experience as a PPC analyst

Prior experience with account management software such as (Fluency, Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick

Project management experience

Automotive marketing / automotive internet experience

Prior experience with digital marketing agencies

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Google Analytics Certification

Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certifications

Experience as a PPC analyst

Automotive marketing / automotive internet sales experience
