We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dialysis Unit In-Charge with a BSc in Dialysis Technology and at least 5 years of experience. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Management: Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
- Patient Care: Monitor patient progress, ensure safe dialysis treatments, and address any concerns or complications during treatment.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train dialysis technicians and nurses, ensuring they follow proper protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure dialysis machines and related equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, protocols, and regulations related to dialysis procedures.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of dialysis supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Dialysis Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
