CoverSure is looking for a Desktop Engineer to own day-to-day IT support, device management, user administration, and endpoint security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laptop/Desktop setup, provisioning & troubleshooting
- Windows & Mac OS support and system log analysis
- Google Workspace: User, License, OU & Access Management
- Endpoint Security: Sophos, Antivirus, Malware Response & Agent Management
- BitLocker / FileVault and device security
- Local Admin & Application Access Management
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, including data retention
- 2FA / Security Policy enforcement
- IT Asset Management, Documentation & Vendor Coordination
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Administration / System Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows, basic networking & troubleshooting
- Hands-on exposure to Google Workspace & Endpoint Security
- Understanding of Sophos, BitLocker/FileVault & 2FA
- Strong problem-solving and user-support skills
