Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Design Engineer with a strong background in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) to join our team at Aqua Clean Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized machines used in industrial cleaning systems and automation applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design 2D and 3D models of SPM using AutoCAD, SolidEdge.

Develop machine concepts based on customer requirements and technical specifications.

Create detailed engineering drawings for manufacturing, including BOMs.

Coordinate with the production team for design clarifications and modifications.

Perform design calculations for structural and mechanical components.

Collaborate with the sales and project teams to provide technical support.





Ensure designs comply with safety and industry standards.

Assist in machine assembly trials and testing during development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2+ years of experience in SPM design or industrial automation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidEdge.

Positive understanding of mechanical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in machine design for cleaning systems, conveyors, or robotic systems.

Knowledge of PLC basics and control systems (optional but preferred).
