Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Cosderma Skin Clinic in Mumbai for a Dermatologist, MBBS Fresher, or Cosmetologist. The professional in this position will conduct outpatient consultations, perform clinical assessments, diagnose skin, hair, and cosmetic concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing dermatological and cosmetology procedures (such as acne treatments, chemical peels, laser therapies, and basic aesthetic interventions), monitoring treatment progress, and ensuring accurate medical documentation.





The role involves counseling clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and preventive care, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient experience. Collaboration with senior dermatologists and the clinical team for case discussions, continuous learning, and protocol adherence is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Medicine, with an MBBS degree from a recognized institution; relevant registration with medical council as applicable.
- Clinical understanding and hands-on exposure to Dermatology, including diagnosis and management of common skin and hair conditions such as Acne and other inflammatory disorders.
- Skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including interest or experience in aesthetic procedures, laser treatments, chemical peels, and non-surgical cosmetic interventions.
- Excellent patient communication skills, ability to explain procedures and treatment plans clearly, and a compassionate, ethical approach to patient care.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced clinical setting, learn advanced techniques, follow evidence-based protocols, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience or clinical rotations in dermatology or cosmetology are an advantage; certifications in aesthetic procedures or laser therapy are desirable.
