Responsibilities

- Oversee maintenance activities for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Implement and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEEE) strategies to enhance productivity.
- Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for maintenance purposes, including data management and database setup.
- Handle breakdown situations efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise the maintenance of utility equipment and effectively manage Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

Requirements

- Proficiency in maintenance practices for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Experience working with ERP systems and familiarity with Enterprise Reporting Systems.




- Knowledge of KAIZEN principles and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Possession of an EB license or relevant certifications in Plant Maintenance.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to work with limited supervision and lead projects independently.
- Experience in managing ERP software modules for maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of handling front-end processes in ERP software, such as inventory management and shipping.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and other relevant maintenance technologies.
