Deputy Manager - Construction Material Planning - 2 years - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities –

Drive planning and delivery assurance for Construction Materials across locations, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

Support development, tracking, and monitoring of financial and non-financial dashboards, operational KPIs, and business performance metrics for the Construction Materials business.

Assist in strategy development and implementation, including tracking strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and GC PDA processes to ensure effective execution.

Monitor RMC plant operational performance and OEE, identify improvement opportunities, and support creative initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Support senior management reviews, business presentations, core team meetings, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of issues and achievement of business deliverables.

Act as the Single Point of Contact for Salesforce/CRM implementation, supporting adoption, troubleshooting, customer feedback, surveys, and other CRM initiatives.

Support marketing, branding, business reporting, and data analytics initiatives through accurate data collation, analysis, and preparation of management reports.

Promote ethics, safety, compliance, and organisational values, while supporting team development, capability building, and effective implementation of company policies and training





Requirements –

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a relevant discipline.

Relevant experience in business planning, strategy, operations, PMO, performance management, or business excellence, preferably within Construction Materials, RMC, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing.

Strong understanding of business dashboards, KPI tracking, OEE, operational performance, data analysis, and management reporting.

Experience in strategy execution, project coordination, cross-functional stakeholder management, and process improvement.

Working knowledge of CRM/Salesforce or similar business applications, with the ability to drive adoption and resolve implementation-related issues.

Strong analytical, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
