- Be responsible for production support of ESB/API Management application.
Key Responsibilities
- API deployment - should have deployment knowledge
- Testing & Debugging - API debugging knowledge should have ,he should know the Firewall and WAF concept.
- Business Understanding - Learn how API’s support business workflows and contribute to value delivery.
- Configuration Management - Manage API configurations in production setting.
- Documentation Support - Assist in preparing API documentation and usage guides.
- Monitoring Assistance - Support monitoring dashboards and respond to alerts.
- Collaboration - Work closely with senior engineers , business teams and development team to implement requirements.
- Continuous Learning - Stay updated on API technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Should be comfortable to work on Shift based on allocation.
Mandatory Skills Required
- API Platform Knowledge-Hands-on experience for support with at least one major API management platform, such as: Google Apigee, Kong Gateway, SAG Webmethods, MuleSoft Anypoint, AWS API Gateway, IBM API Connect etc.
- Worked in NBFC/BFSI Sector will be added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
