We are now building our DELMIA training vertical and are looking for an experienced educator to lead it.

The Role

You will design and deliver structured DELMIA training programs on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for two audiences: working manufacturing/automation professionals, and engineering students preparing for industry roles. You will own the technical content end to end, from syllabus to capstone project, and teach it live in online cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

- Design a modular DELMIA curriculum covering robotics simulation, offline programming, and manufacturing process planning
- Deliver live online sessions (weekday evenings and/or weekends) to small professional and student batches
- Build hands-on exercises, industry-relevant case studies, datasets and capstone projects
- Prepare demo and webinar sessions to support course launches
- Evaluate learner assignments and provide technical feedback and doubt-clearing support
- Keep content current with new DELMIA and 3DEXPERIENCE releases
- Collaborate with our content and marketing teams on course outlines, brochures and promotional material

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation,



Robotics or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on qualified experience with DELMIA
- Strong working knowledge of one or more DELMIA domains:
- Robotics Simulation and Offline Programming (Robot Programmer, Device Task Definition)
- Manufacturing Process Planning (Process Planner, Assembly Process Simulation)
- Ergonomics / Human Simulation or Work Instructions
- Practical experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (cloud or on-premise), including data and lifecycle management basics
- Understanding of real manufacturing workflows: assembly lines, cycle time, layout planning, reachability and collision studies
- Clear spoken and written English, and the confidence to teach an international audience online
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home/office setup for live delivery

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Prior teaching, corporate training or mentoring experience
- Dassault Systèmes certification in DELMIA or 3DEXPERIENCE
- Exposure to CATIA, SolidWorks or ENOVIA within the same platform
- Experience with robot brands such as ABB, KUKA, FANUC or Yaskawa
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0, digital twin or virtual commissioning concepts
