- Minimum 20+ years of overall work experience
- Should have experience of managing P & L and delivery of large accounts to the extent of 60-70 mn $ and above in Telecom domain
- Experience working with Telco GCC
- Should have working knowledge in telecom OSS/BSS
- Technically sophisticated and business savvy management professional with proven program and project management skills, proficient in managing widely diverse projects within agreed cost and time lines
- Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including Customer relationship, Engineering management, Managing budgets, Resource management, leadership identification and grooming
- Develop overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and ability to manage complex conflicts and resolutions
- Ability to mitigate risk and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem solving abilities
- Experience to onsite offshore models & multi vendor set up
- Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction for given large customer engagements.
- Experience in matrix organization (to be able to adopt and operate in)
