We at Coforge are hiring a Testing Portfolio Director with the following skill-set.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple testing programs and enterprise engagements across diverse client accounts.
- Own portfolio delivery, quality, financial performance, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive portfolio governance, risk management, operational excellence, and escalation management.
- Define and execute enterprise-wide Quality Engineering and Test Automation strategies.
- Lead automation transformation initiatives including CI/CD integration, shift-left testing, and AI-led testing.
- Establish reusable automation frameworks and accelerate automation adoption across engagements.
- Lead executive governance meetings, QBRs, and steering committee discussions with client leadership.
- Own portfolio P&L;, revenue growth, margin improvement, forecasting, and resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence across testing programs.
- Support business development, presales activities, RFP responses, and solution presentations.

Mandatory Skills

- Experience in Software Testing,



Quality Engineering, and Program Delivery.
- Experience managing large-scale testing portfolios and enterprise clients.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar testing engagements.
- Strong expertise in Test Automation Strategy and Quality Engineering Transformation.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, API Automation, and Performance Testing.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Testing practices.
- Experience managing large global onsite-offshore delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing experience with executive stakeholder management.
- Portfolio governance, financial management, and P&L; ownership experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience in AI-led Testing Platforms and GenAI-driven Quality Engineering solutions.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with Appium, LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, and modern QE frameworks.
- Solid presales, solutioning, and consulting experience for testing transformation programs.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
