Role Description The Deen Academics is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Jalandhar, responsible for overseeing academic standards and ensuring excellence in teaching and learning across the institution. This role includes supervising curriculum design and implementation, coordinating with department heads and faculty on academic planning, and monitoring adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Academics will lead initiatives to enhance student outcomes, promote research and innovation, and implement quality assurance processes.



Daily responsibilities also involve mentoring faculty, reviewing academic performance data, driving continuous improvement, and representing the academic interests of the institution in internal and external forums.

Qualifications

- Strong academic leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing curricula, faculty development, and educational quality assurance.
- Expertise in higher education policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance relevant to technical and professional programs.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, academic administration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills for working with diverse stakeholders (students, faculty, and external bodies).
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centric learning, research promotion, and innovation in teaching methodologies.
- Doctoral or master’s degree in a relevant discipline, with a strong academic track record and significant experience in a senior academic or administrative role.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary institutions offering programs in engineering, management, technology, and professional education is highly desirable.
