Key Responsibilities and Requirements

- Lead large scale QE delivery and presales engagements, owning outcomes across quality, cost, schedule and client satisfaction.
- Drive QE transformation and advisory covering maturity assessments, roadmaps, shift left adoption, test optimisation and AI led modernisation.
- Own the presales lifecycle including RFP and RFI responses, solutioning, estimation, pricing models, orals and solution defence with client leadership.
- Manage multi location delivery operations for teams of 150 plus across onshore, offshore and nearshore models.
- Carry full P and L accountability for revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting and resource optimisation.
- Bring deep domain expertise in BFSI, Insurance or Healthcare with a robust grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements.




- Build and sustain CXO level client relationships and drive account growth, renewals and mining opportunities.
- Define and govern delivery frameworks, KPIs, SLAs and quality management systems across managed services and testing centre of excellence engagements.
- Partner with practice and technology teams to shape service offerings, accelerators and go to market assets.
- Lead outcome based and managed services constructs including transition, ramp up and steady state governance.
- Drive talent strategy covering hiring, capability building, succession planning and leadership development.
- Act as escalation owner for critical programs, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
