JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel prospective students and working professionals interested in DBA programs through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Explain program details including eligibility, curriculum, duration, learning methodology, university/institution details, fees, admission process, and career relevance.





Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the admission journey.

Build robust relationships with prospective learners and address their queries and concerns professionally.

Convert qualified leads into admissions while achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions in the CRM.

Coordinate with the documentation, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Follow up with applicants for required documents, fee payments, and other admission formalities.

Stay updated with DBA programs, university offerings, market trends, and competitor offerings.

- Ensure a high-quality counselling experience while maintaining professional communication and ethical sales practices.
