About the RoleLearning Routes is looking for experienced and highly motivated sales professionals to join our team for premium DBA and PhD program sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in counseling and converting working professionals for Doctorate-level, DBA, PhD, or other premium higher education programs.

The role requires strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to understand the academic and professional aspirations of senior working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel working professionals regarding DBA, PhD and Doctorate-level programs.
- Handle leads and conduct detailed consultations to understand candidates' academic and career goals.
- Explain program structure, university partnerships, eligibility criteria, fees and career outcomes.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to final enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide end-to-end admission guidance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure effective lead nurturing.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.




- Handle objections and provide suitable solutions to prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and conversions in the CRM.
- Stay updated with industry trends, university offerings and Doctorate-level education programs.

- Desired Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in selling DBA, PhD, Doctorate or premium higher education programs is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in consultative or high-ticket sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Solid negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Executive Education or International Education will be an added advantage.
