About The Company

Tricog Health is a pioneering healthcare technology company dedicated to transforming cardiac care through innovative AI-driven solutions. With a mission to improve patient outcomes and make advanced cardiac diagnostics accessible worldwide, Tricog leverages cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning techniques to analyze complex cardiac data. Our commitment to research, innovation, and clinical excellence positions us as a leader in medical AI applications, collaborating with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies to develop reliable and impactful solutions.

At Tricog, we foster a dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and technological advancement to address the critical needs of cardiac patients globally.

About The Role

We are seeking a curious and passionate Data Scientist to join our high-impact team at Tricog Health. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on AI models that analyze cardiac data, contributing directly to saving lives and improving patient outcomes. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models tailored to clinical datasets.

You will work closely with software engineers, clinical experts, and research teams to translate complex clinical requirements into robust technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, deep learning, and MLOps, with a keen interest in healthcare applications. This position provides a platform to innovate, contribute to cutting-edge research, and see your work have a tangible impact on patient care.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data science or related roles. A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (MS/M.Tech preferred) is highly desirable; however, a strong B.Tech with relevant industry experience will also be considered. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with core data science libraries such as NumPy, pandas,

and scikit-learn are essential.

Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch is required. Knowledge of MLOps principles, including containerization with Docker and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), is highly advantageous. Candidates should have a solid understanding of model evaluation metrics, cross-validation, and debugging machine learning systems.

The ability to interpret and implement research papers is a plus.

Experience working with healthcare data, understanding regulatory requirements (such as FDA, CDSCO), and familiarity with structured training pipelines like Pytorch Lightning are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models specifically tailored for cardiac datasets and related metadata, ensuring high accuracy and clinical relevance. Collaborate with clinical experts and software engineers to understand clinical needs and translate them into technical specifications. Build and optimize robust data pipelines for large, complex, and sometimes messy clinical data, including data ingestion, cleaning, feature engineering, and labeling.

Deploy models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing clinical workflows, and monitor their performance in real-world settings. Design and develop REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask to facilitate model inference, incorporating proper request validation, error handling, and authentication mechanisms. Implement scalable MLOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring, leveraging cloud platforms like AWS, Azure,

or GCP to ensure reliability and scalability.

Focus on optimizing model inference speed and resource efficiency for deployment across various platforms, including cloud and edge devices. Maintain detailed documentation of models, code, and experimental results, and stay current with advancements in medical AI research, deep learning, and time-series analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by preparing necessary documentation for medical device approval processes, such as FDA and CE marking.

Work collaboratively across teams, providing technical expertise and insights to drive high-impact clinical solutions.

Benefits

At Tricog Health, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ well-being and professional growth. You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and impactful contributions. We provide competitive compensation packages, flexible work arrangements, and access to cutting-edge tools and resources.

Our benefits include health insurance, professional development programs, and participation in conferences and research publications. We foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, encouraging employees to grow their skills and advance their careers in healthcare AI. Additionally, you will be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming cardiac care and saving lives globally.
