Minimum 10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
Solid experience working with US Life Insurance products, including:

o Term Life Insurance

o Whole Life Insurance

o Universal Life Insurance

o Variable Universal Life Insurance

o Annuities and related protection products
Robust understanding of Life Insurance policy lifecycle, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and servicing processes.
Deep actuarial domain knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret actuarial calculations, assumptions, and reporting requirements.

Technical & Analytical Skills

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

o VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

o INDEX-MATCH

o Pivot Tables

o Conditional Functions

o Advanced Formulas and Data Analysis

o Data Validation and Reconciliation
Experience performing data analysis and business rule validation using large datasets.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
