Position: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented qualified for handling sales of Premium Residential Villa Project. The candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, site visits, negotiations, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and channel partners.
Handle customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Follow up with leads regularly to convert prospects into sales.
Coordinate with CRM and finance teams for smooth booking processes.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.





Required Skills

Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience in real estate sales is an advantage.

Experience
3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in villa/apartment projects.
