Vision International is a boutique Overseas Education Consultancy in Mumbai, specializing in providing personalized counselling for students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK, Ireland, Australia, USA, Current Zealand, Dubai & more. Our services include admission and application guidance, student visas, accommodation assistance, and end-to-end support for families.

We are seeking a energetic & enterprising endividual for Student Outreach & Counselling to engage with students and provide first-level counselling on abroad studies. Reaching out to prospective students, explaining services we offer and scheduling a counselling session with the Founder & CEO (either virtual or in-person) will be the key role. Thereafter, following-up strategically to convert the students for the admission & application process is the ultimate goal.

Key Responsibilities
Provide basic guidance to students about studying abroad, including university options, country preferences and application timelines.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand students' interests, needs, and aspirations for studying abroad.




After students have met the Founder & CEO for a personalized counselling session, having a positive follow-up strategy to keep them warm and eventually obtaining their documents required for applications.
Build trust and credibility with prospective students during conversations.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and feedback in CRM & Google Sheets.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, commerce or a related field
3+ Years of experience in outreach & counselling within a study abroad company is mandatory
Experience with destinations Australia, UK & Ireland is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus)
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve conversion targets.
Confident, proactive, empathetic, and persuasive.
Familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
