Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O; / AX Finance functional consultant.
Robust understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes.
Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation plus support/AMS experience.
Working knowledge of India GST, TDS and statutory/localisation requirements.
Valuable grasp of month-end/year-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Solid problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Added Advantage
Prior experience supporting a retail or food chain / QSR business (high-volume transactions, multi-outlet operations, POS integration).
Relevant Microsoft certification (MB-300 and role-specific MB-310 / MB-330 / DP or PL series).
Experience working in an AMS / managed support model with SLA-driven ticketing tools (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira).
