Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in an International BPO with mandatory experience in International Voice Process (Inbound Calls).
Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer handling skills and ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
