Role Overview
Inbound calling process for Gift Card and Home Security campaigns.
Handle customer queries and generate leads from incoming calls.
Maintain accurate call records and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Shift & Location
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Process)
Location: Thane / Bhiwandi
Salary & Incentives
Net in‑hand salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
Monthly incentive: Up to ₹20,000 based on performance
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Prior experience in international calling preferred.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
