Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the end-to-end test strategy for Digital Wealth platforms.
Prepare test plans, estimations, execution schedules, and daily status reports.
Lead SIT/UAT execution, defect triage, and test governance.
Coordinate functional, integration, API, and data validation testing across multiple applications.
Ensure test data availability and setting readiness.
Collaborate with Business, Development, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
Manage QA teams and provide regular project updates to stakeholders and PMO.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Note:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Test Lead/Test Manager is mandatory.
Robust domain experience in Cards, Treasury, or Digital Wealth is required.
