As a Data Mapping Analyst - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for Guidewire software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver exceptional consulting services, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will build meaningful client relationships, inspire your teams, and navigate complex situations with confidence.

you will apply your knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities

- Leads the offshore data mapping team, overseeing development and maintenance of the source-to-target mapping specification between Signature/Systematics and Fiserv Premier.
- Facilitates SME mapping workshops, resolves field-level ambiguities, and ensures mapping documentation is complete and version-controlled.
- Core banking source-to-target data mapping

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 TO 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
