Role Description The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing data governance and data quality processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable information across the organization. This full time, on-site role based in Sonipat involves managing master data, maintaining data standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support reporting and decision-making. The specialist will analyze datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, and will develop and document data management procedures.

The role also includes monitoring data compliance, supporting system implementations or enhancements,



and providing guidance on best practices for data use within the company.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and maintain organizational data assets, including Data Management and Master Data Management skills.
- Knowledge of frameworks and practices related to Data Governance to ensure proper control, security, and usage of data.
- Experience with Data Quality processes to validate, cleanse, and standardize data for reporting and analytics.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, databases, or data management platforms).
- Attention to detail and ability to document processes, standards, and data definitions clearly.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, finance, marketing, and other teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in FMCG, food, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
