Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/

Chemical Engineering / Computer Science from a recognized university. 15 years experience of EPC Data Management, Data handover to process plant owner company as a part of EPC project execution or 20 years experience of operation and maintenance activities for process plant using CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system), valuable to have working experience with EPC organization for

Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects

- Follow the instructions prepared by IM Engineer and Data Manager
- Ensure data gathering from engineering disciplines and vendors

Perform

Data validation, in terms of consistency, correctness and completeness checks across various data source systems.
- Import/Export the Data to/from IM databases in the client templates as per data submission schedule.
- Analyses and review the client's comments on the submitted data and ask the disciplines or vendors to correct them, if necessary.
- Highlight data issues and create error reports




- Prepare clarification log, Progress report, error report, etc

Other

Data management activities assigned by Data Manager
- As a Data analyst, it is expected that the role will work as a team and deliver the project requirement on time.
- Self-supervision and checking of the executed work.

Requirements

1. Data analysis and management
- IT systems used in a process plant EPC project
- Basic knowledge about network technology, cloud services, such as Microsoft Azure, O365, AWS and cybersecurity

Basic

Database skills, such as Oracle and MSSQL
- Programming skills such as excel functions, VBA, PowerBI, etc.
- Understanding of Engineering drawings, Tag naming convention, Document naming convention, Master Tag Register, Tag Classification and CFIHOS IM standards
- Basic knowledge about CFIHOS RDL
