Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Annotator role based in Vishakhapatnam.

The Data

Annotator will review, label, and categorize data such as images, text, audio, and video according to detailed guidelines and project specifications. Daily responsibilities include ensuring annotation accuracy, identifying inconsistencies, and collaborating with team leads to refine labeling criteria. The role involves working with internal tools, maintaining productivity and quality targets, and documenting any edge cases or issues encountered during annotation.





Data Annotators will also provide feedback on annotation workflows and support continuous improvement of data processes for AI and robotics projects.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines for data labeling and quality assurance.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for data annotation, including web-based interfaces and basic productivity software.
- Analytical thinking and pattern-recognition skills to identify anomalies, edge cases, and opportunities to improve annotation consistency.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, report issues, and provide clear feedback on labeling instructions.
- Ability to stay focused for extended periods, manage repetitive tasks, and meet accuracy and productivity targets.
- Willingness to learn about AI, machine learning, and robotics applications and how high-quality data supports these systems.
- Previous experience in data annotation, data entry, or operations in technology or AI-driven projects is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in office in Vishakhapatnam and adhere to company policies and non-discriminatory workplace standards.
