Klēvay is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive growth, operations, sales channels, and vendor management. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role with high ownership and variety.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage e-commerce and quick-commerce operations, including sales, inventory, listings, promotions, and returns.
-Identify and execute new sales opportunities across marketplaces, retail, gifting, partnerships, and pop-ups.
-Manage manufacturers, packaging vendors, logistics partners, and suppliers.
-Coordinate production, inventory, replenishment, and product launches.
-Track projects, sales, inventory, and opportunities through clear weekly updates.
-Work closely with the founder on key growth and operational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in project management, e-commerce, operations, sales, or category management.
-Robust ownership, organisation, and follow-through.
-Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales/inventory data.
-Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-moving startup environment.
-Experience in D2C, FMCG, consumer brands, e-commerce, or quick commerce is
