About The Opportunity A fast-scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) consulting firm operating across India’s high-growth consumer brands, we help emerging & established brands architect, launch, and scale their digital commerce engines. Specializing in omnichannel retail strategy, we partner with founders and marketing teams to build profitable, data-driven D2C flywheels — leveraging platforms like Shopify, Myntra, and native e-commerce tooling to drive customer lifetime value and conversion velocity. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end D2C commerce strategy — from storefront architecture and conversion funnel design to post-purchase retention & lifecycle automation.
- Optimize Shopify/Myntra brand stores for maximum conversion rate, AOV, and customer retention using heatmap tools, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
- Own P&L; for client D2C operations: drive CAC efficiency, CLTV growth, and ROAS through paid/organic channel mix optimization.
- Collaborate with UX, creative, and product teams to align visual merchandising, on-site messaging, and product storytelling with performance KPIs.




- Deploy and manage commerce tech stack: Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Postscript, Google Analytics 4, and custom checkout flows.
- Run weekly performance deep-dives, present insights to stakeholders, and translate data into actionable growth playbooks.
