Understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Break down user stories and identify dependencies, risks, and edge cases.
Perform impact analysis across modules, APIs, and databases.
Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and effective code.
Ensure security, performance, scalability, and backward compatibility.
Perform testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
Take ownership of tasks and deliver within timelines.
Communicate technical risks, blockers, and delays proactively.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Core.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and database concepts.
Experience with Hibernate/MyBatis.




Hands-on experience with Angular.
Valuable knowledge of REST APIs and application integration.
Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
Knowledge of secure coding and application/database performance optimization.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
